Terrible experience with very bitter feelings at the end. The whole day is not enough to change winter tires, and then they give you 230 euro invoice that is completely wrong. I came to pick up the car at 15:00 only to find out that nothing has been done and left at 18:00. Very upset and late for kids. Thank you merbach
As usual, a very good personalised welcome and impeccable service, upon receipt of my vehicle, the mechanical desk took care to detail all the work carried out for the overhaul of my car. The front interior cleaning and exterior cleaning of my car is always very appreciated. Thank you :)
I have no complaints about the sales. All salesmen I have interacted with are professional and friendly. **However**, the service experience is the worst I’ve ever received from any brand: Never on time, no attention to customer requests, no apology after making mistakes, no improvement over time despite complaints (look at the other reviews here), and all that for a premium price. My advice: if you purchase your car here go somewhere else for the service. Two stars rather than one because there are always individuals there who do their best to deal with the issues, but the service experience as a whole is really poor.

Merbag Hollerich in Luxembourg-Center forgot to inform me that pieces to repair my car didnt arrive on time.
I arrived on the day and time slot scheduled and they sent me home.
The responsible person for the mistake was not in the company that morning.
Merbag confirmed me the responible person will call me later that day.
This was 3 days ago.
Nobody called.
No news.
All contact information were correct and I am a loyal client since many years.
I gave 1 star for the client service.
I had one of the nicest experience in a showroom of a dealership, as for the last years, I buy a new car almost every year.
For me the salesman plays a huge part of how he represents the brand.
He did everything as he should and even more in order to satisfy me as a client.
I was just passed by from the dealership to check a specific model, but I had already (85%) decided in my mind to buy a similar car from bmw (X6)
As I was there for about 30 minutes, that specific salesman was the only one, that came to ask me, what I have in my mind and he spend 1 week in a row with me, on emails, phone calls and also in person, in order to answer all of my questions.
Right now I consider my self lucky enough to be the owner of a GLE.
Huge thanks to Mr Emeric Daubenfeld that he was patient enough and very professional to handle me as a (difficult) client.
The best part is that after a month he called me twice to check if everything is ok. 🔝👌
I have left my car 5 weeks ago for a bumper problem and it is still not repaired. No-one calls they just leave it sitting there unrepaired. I called them after 3 weeks and after 4 weeks and they will call me back but they don’t. Since Merbag took over this place has become a center of zero service to customers. I gave 2 stars because they are reasonably friendly in saying that they don’t care.
Since the reply of the owner I have sent my contact details but after 10 days still no reply. So I have reduced to 1 star as there seems to be no limit to the lies and incomptence of Merbag.
Came to buy car, the sales assistant was pushy not interested to provide information, lying, did not show car. We were not willing to support such customer care or better say no care. So we left and week after bought car from another salon. …
